Primary Project
Primary Project
Primary Project is a school-based early intervention program for young children (kindergarten through grade 2) who show evidence of early school adjustment difficulties. Primary Project is an indicated prevention program, meaning that it targets children deemed “at-risk.” Primary Project seeks to enhance learning and adjustment skills and other school-related competencies and to reduce social, emotional and school adjustment difficulties in preschool through primary grade children. Carefully selected and trained paraprofessionals (child associates) provide timely, effective help to children who are just beginning to show adjustment difficulties. Primary Project has been at Allen Elementary since 2008 and we are applying for National Certification of our program in the spring of 2011.

SchoolBlocks offers a unique and powerful personalized search system. A member of the public, searching for "homework" might see an announcement from the school as the first result. However, if the user is logged in, they would see their teacher’s latest homework assignment as the top result.
